Maybelline Gel Eyeliner
I have used these now for a year. I have been a faithful Bobbi Brown gel liner user, but decided to give these a try because the price was so good. I use a finer brush as an applicator because for me the included brush is a bit too bulky. Comparing it with Bobbi Brown it goes on the same, and wears comparably. The only difference I've noticed is that it dries out more than the Bobbi Brown liner. I've had my Bobbi Brown colors for several years and they are still moist. The Maybelline is getting dry after a years use. I know they say not to use cosmetics beyond a certain time because of bacteria. I've been doing so for years without issue, so I'll continue to take my chances. This product is a good value for adding some new colors to your eyeliner palate, and if you don't mind throwing it away after a year or so, then you should be happy with it.

Better than MAC
I was completely loyal to MAC cosmetics fluidline in blacktrack for years but found it always dried up within 2-4 months of purchase. I work as a make-up artist so buying new product every 2 months isn't great for my business! One of my clients was raving about this maybelline cream eyeliner and it was on sale through amazon so I figured I'd give it a shot, I'M IN LOVE. I don't think there's anything better out there, especially for the price. Its just as pigmented as its high end counterparts and doesn't dry out like my fluidline! It's super creamy and doesn't pull on your eyelids which creates a jagged line. I even use it as a base for a smokey eye, it never creases. I'd put this product up against MAC, bobby brown, MUFE or any other luxury brand. Save yourself some money and become a convert like me.
