Shallow bowl cooking surface.
Cooking surface has a very shallow bowl area, I know if I tried cooking a decent quantity of food in this wok the food would be spilling over the edges as I'm stirring and moving the food in the wok. I have owned a Breville Wok for many years and cook with it at least once a week "superior wok", but after much use the Teflon coating is now coming off the bottom of the wok so I thought I could cut corners and purchase a different brand "wasn't a good choice" when you've been using the best it's hard to replace it. I know Teflon isn't good for the body and I've tried non-Teflon woks and they suck....I have only used electric woks do to having and electric stove top range, if I had a gas range I definitely be using a non-electric wok. Well it's back to the Breville for another new purchase.
