Been using this stuff
Been using this stuff for years! I switched to cerave when my cetaphil cleanser started making me break out. It does a great job at cleansing and getting makeup off.

Use it everday
I have sensitive skin & rosacea as welll. I've used cetaphil before trying this, & I ended up staying with this product. It's not drying on the face. I use this to also take off my makeup, I wash my face twice when I do use makeup.

Great cheap skin care!
I really was skeptical to try this product because it was just at the regular store and is basically really plain. I tried Cetaphil and I hated it. This is like a normal cleanser and is gentle. It has no scent or harsh chemicals. Great for my sensitive skin after I had my child.

Clean, simple & a great value
Just switched over from Cetaphil bar soap (after about 2 decades) and I LOVE this stuff. I love how clean my face feels. Not drying or irritating to my sensitive/rosacea skin. Super concentrated. I bought the large bottle and it’s going to last a very long time.

Tried many products, keep coming back to CeraVe
I'm a 28 year old fair skinned male with normal to oily skin. Up until age 21-22, I didn't care much about my appearance or skincare and have never really suffered from Acne or skin conditions. As I started a journey into taking better care of my skin, one of my primary goals was to reduce how oily my face appeared throughout the day. I started with cheap face washes from the store, which didn't work well and dried my skin out. Then I tried Cetaphil, which worked but also had a bit of a drying effect. Around that time CeraVe was suggested to me, which I tried and liked. Of course, CeraVe isn't perfect (few things are) and I kept my search for perfection going. I've bought products from Kiehl's, L'occitane, different CeraVe products such as their hydrating face wash, yet I keep finding my way back to the foaming facial cleanser. In conclusion, if you have normal to oily skin and want to keep your face clean yet hydrated, I have yet to find a product that works significantly better at any price point. And as a result, I continue to purchase and suggest the foaming facial cleanser regularly.

The best one, two combo for daily face cleaning
This is a great foaming cleanser, I have used Cetaphil Gentle Skin Cleanser in the past but wanted to switch things up a bit since I was going to start using my facial scrubbing brush from ASNME, https://www.amazon.com/dp/B095SWW7NM. I had the older model but was excited to try the newer version with a extended handle instead of just the round scrubber. Well this facial cleanser and my scrubber I was astonished how fast I could see results. My face looked healthier and had a nice sheen to it. My black heads were reduced and so we're my ingrown hairs. I tell you what this is a one, two combo you can't pass up. I will be ordering a set for my girlfriend as she has seen the difference and is a little jealous of this and has tried jacking it more then once. Don't hesitate and try it out, I don't think you will be disappointed at all.

Amazing Cleanser
I love this product so much for my acne. I use this with my cetaphil moisturizer and my skin is clearing so much. For my acne scars I use niacinamide and hyaluronic acid and it’s been doing miracles. I highly recommend this for sensitive, oily, acne prone skin like mine.

Instantly clears skin!
I bought this product on accident( I meant to get the Cetaphil facial cleanser) but I don't REGRET it My skin has cleared up so much just from this soap, it makes my face feel sof and doesn't dry it out so when I follow up with my serum or Rose water and my moisturizer my face feels refreshed and clean.

Best cleanser ever!!!
Would NEVER EVER change this cleanser for any other. My skin is extremely sensitive and this works wonders in my face. Tried cetaphil once bc my cerave had finished & it just made my face extremely irritated & with breakouts. Once I received Cerave n the mail, it was ALL GONE!!!

Good middle of the road cleanser
I’m 30 years old and have fought bad acne my entire life so I’ve tried many different cleansers from the super gentle ones like Cetaphil to prescription ones with harsh chemicals. This is a good middle of the road cleanser. I really feel like it does a good job getting my face clean and removing dirt and makeup (unlike Cetaphil) without drying out my face completely (like the harsh chemical ones). I typically have pretty oily skin and this does a good job of removing the oil without overdrying my skin.

Ok foam cleanser.
One of my favorite cleansers, but it makes my face very dry not sure why. I might have try Cetaphil for a change.

Great value- leaves skin clean and fresh
Was using Cetaphil oil control foaming and made the switch to this. Huge bottle! Couldn’t be happier for the value. The soap goes a long way and all you need is a very tiny drop. I use with a rubber exfoliator and it creates a great foam lather. Takes off makeup excellent, even heavy eye makeup. I found it doesn’t dry my face out even in winter. My skin feels clean and supple.

Best non scented/sensitive skin wash
Love this product! I have eczema so sensitive products are a must! I was using the cetaphil non scented face wash for awhile and tried this one & won’t ever switch back! This face wash is so much better, working up such a good lather that a little product goes a long way.

Love this
I have very sensitive skin and this is not only cleansing but moisurizing. Its like a lotion. I am on an acne treatment that causes my skin to be very dry, but this product has not caused me any issues. I will never switch! I have tried Cetaphil and honestly did not really notice a difference, but Cerave is great for the price point and amount.

Love this. I use this regularly or interchangeable between cetaphil's cleanser. It's gentle but effective in keeping your skin clean and balances to its natural levels of oils. Definitely recommend this Cerave Hydrating Facial Cleanser product.

After only using cetaphil
After only using cetaphil I realized my face did not like that cleanser any more I had to switch ASAP and I've heard so many good things that I decided to switch and I wish I had done it sooner . Worth the hype !

Wonderfully gentle! I've been

Simply put, it's great!
Simply put, it's great! Affordable, easily accessible, gets the job done! This cleanser and Cetaphil are interchangeable for me when I run out of one I buy the other and Vice versa. Cetaphil Daily Facial Cleanser. I have normal skin with little to no acne (occasional blemish) and both of those do great for my skin

I like the texture
I like the texture and that it actually feels hydrating as you use it. I used to use Cetaphil and didn't notice a huge difference, I like both for a simple and effective cleanser!

Cult favorite for a
Cult favorite for a reason. Cetaphil really is the best drug store skin McRae available, and the most recommended by dermatologists ever. Cant recommend it enough !

This facial cleanser keeps
This facial cleanser keeps my skin fresh and clean. It is so worth the price and I use it 1x a day in the morning, and the Cetaphil cleanser at night. I am a swimmer and it keeps my skin fresh even after being in the pool all day!

Was a Cetaphil fan
Was a Cetaphil fan for ages, until I started having major breakouts that wouldn't go away. Made the switch to cerave and won't ever go back! Love the way it doesn't dry my face out after a wash

Somebody it says CeraVe
Somebody it says CeraVe is more effective than Cetaphil. But i don't know maybe it is or it isn't but all in all it depends on the skin type.

Love this cleanser!
The CeraVe Hydrating Facial Cleanser is hydrating but does not make my skin oily. It also removes make-up well. This product will become my new staple, replacing the Cetaphil Gentle Skin Cleanser.

Love this cleanser. I
Love this cleanser. I have spent money and bought high end but I always come back to this one. It beats all of them on the market and is so good for your skin. Good for the wallet too! And this one actually gives you a clean feeling afterwards. I tried Cetaphil but I felt like it didn't clean my face all the way.

Use this daily. Gentle face wash that does not irritate and cleanses well but quickly. Great for sensitive skin or dry winter skin. Great value for the price. Like that it's a pump design. Prefer to the powerful scent of cetaphil

My go to facial
My go to facial cleanser. Seriously. This and cetaphil are so gentle and perfect for completely erasing any dirt or makeup I have on my skin without making me feel like I stripped off my moisture barrier. Highly recommend

Absolutely love this cleanser.
Absolutely love this cleanser. After years of using cetaphil I decided to try this because skincarebyhyram recommended it for dry skin and now I swear by it. It doesn't leave my skin feeling as dry before moisturizing, and has helped with redness tremendously.

The closest thing to Spectro Jel
Every nurse should have this. Wearing a mask all day and a respirator at work, this stuff is awesome. I used to use Spectro Jel because I once developed perioral dermatitis. But it's expensive to order from Canada. I then developed rosacea and was instructed to use Cetaphil. This CeraVe cleanser is much better! My skin has improved so much. CeraVe is the best. It's also great if you live in Colorado where it can be very drying to your skin!

Best. Facial. Cleanser...
Best. Facial. Cleanser. EVER!!! I used to be committed to Cetaphil, but started having issues with my face getting dry from wearing a mask all the time (and mayb getting older). I switched to this cleanser just to see how it would do. My face has been a million times better, even with still wearing a mask daily). My face always looks perfectlu hydrated without being oily. I love it! Never going back to cetaphil

I love this facial...
I love this facial cleaner. I used to use cetaphil and I had no problems with that but I switched over to this and I like this one better. It is great for dry and sensitive skin and I feel that it cleans my skin very good. I would recommend this product.

This stuff is magic - (normal/dry skin)
For reference: I have normal/dry skin! I especially get dry around my nose. I also have struggled with hormonal acne and cystic acne on my face, as well as body acne on my booty and back. I tried Cetaphil, and it dried my skin out like craaaaazy and did nothing for my breakouts. I think people with oily skin will benefit from Cetaphil more than Cerave. I have been using Cerave for about two weeks, and it has cleared up my skin like crazy, and the dryness around my nose is gone! (I have also been using the Cerave moisturizer, so that also has helped a lot!) When using the cleanser, I usually let it sit on my skin for about a minute and then rinse.
