Nice and lightweight
I love cleansing balms, and I feel like compared to other's I've tried (Clinique Take the Day Off, Drunk Elephant Slaai, Farmacy Green Clean) it's much more lightweight and doesn't leave that greasy-feeling residue that's hard to get off, so I love it for my oily skin. So far it's doing a good job of getting all my makeup off. However, I haven't been wearing heavy eye makeup lately so I'm not sure how it would handle that.

Helps with irritation
I have oily and acne prone skin. This is so light and smells good (not overly fragrant, I have a sensitive nose). I had been doing a double cleanse and did not know that the oil cleanser from drunk elephant had been causing me to break out worse. Tried this and within a day, my face decreased in acne and feels less painful. Never going back!
