Great Little Vacuum for Wood/Tile Floors

This vacuum has been wonderful. It’s not as impressive on high pile carpet, but it does a great job on my wood and tile floors, as well as my area rugs. After several months of use, and can say I am pleased! I don’t have any children using it, and I have never dropped it or done anything to test how breakable it is. I like the included storage system. Mount the hook on the wall near an outlet and hang the vacuum there to charge. I also bought a wall-mounted basket for storing the attachments right next to it. The battery charges quickly and works well for about 20 minutes - long enough to thoroughly clean the floor and rugs in a single room. I also love being able to quickly take it anywhere in the house to clean up a dry spill. I paid for the 3-year extended warranty, because even with that added expense, it still cost much less than the Dyson version of the same vacuum. I wasn’t sure how long this one would last, and I wanted to be able to get a refund if it was junk. It’s not junk! I hope it will last beyond those 3 years. I might buy another one to keep in my basement, but this one is so easy to transport around the house that buying a second one almost seems silly. It comes with very useful attachments. I have used them all and found them to be hardy and well designed. Great overall vacuum!

This Vacuum is Spectacular!

I had bought one of those "roam around" vacuums in order to prepare for our new floors to be put in. Just to see what it could do. Would not ever recommend. Especially if you have low laying rugs, tables and couches that it cannot be bothered with or gets completely hung up on. Returned that monster and purchased this beautiful piece of machinery. It is so very handy. Has tons of suction!! Maneuvers all over the place, (under our tables, around the overstuffed swivel recliners, and around the 6 chair dinner table. I switched between the carpet tool and the hard wood tool and found that I mostly use the hard wood one. I still use my old (2 decade old) pet hair Dyson for our bedroom areas because I think it does a better job with my thick carpets. I don't have stairs, so I cannot give any feed back there. I have used this vacuum on my car though. Does a great job getting up the scraps around the floors and in between the seats. I have not mounted it to the wall so that it would be forever plugged in to the outlet for charging. I only charge it when It dies and wait for it to be available. This has only become an issue a few times, even though I vacuum my floors daily. BEST THING about this -- you can go right up to your base board trim and it will pick everything up! I have 2 dogs and 2 children. There are so many things that get pushed up on the trim. I would recommend this vacuum to all who have wood or laminate floors. It did well with the carpet too, just not as good as ... Read More

Purchased INSE vacuum cleaner and completely satisfied !!

I was contemplating and comparing various vacuum cleaners including Dyson, Shark and Samsung. INSE was not in my initial list, based on the review's and Amazon's purchase protection i decided to give it a try. I was pleasantly surprised by the performance, Maneuverability and battery life. Enjoy the cleaning now, i took over the activity of cleaning from my wife!! Thanks for the wonderful product at a very good cost!!

Vacuum lady goes from DYSON to INSE! LOVE IT!

Okay so I am a vacuuming FOOL! Multiple times a day, I cannot stand anything under my feet. So after each meal, end of the night, sometimes in the am if I’m feeling perky. Ive always used the cordless DYSON, but it was on its last leg and I was really bummed (let’s be real, they’re super freaking expensive) WE HAVE VINYL FLOORS, CARPET STAIRS & AREA RUGS As far as hard flooring and (light) rug/carpet cleaning, this vacuum IS FREAKING AWESOME. At first the feel of it was weird because it is somewhat bulkier, design wise, than the dyson - however it is much lighter and rolls smoother. I was very pleasantly surprised with how much I love this vac. PROS: - light weight - LIGHT on the front to see little dirt crumbs (so much more dust than I thought haha yuck) - multiple accessories** - easy to clean filter and waste container - comes with an extra filter and replacements are cheap! - extends or shrinks for anyone’s height! (I’m 5’11 it’s plenty tall if need be) - not loud like the dyson! - great suction power for a random buy! - click & GO! No holding down the button like the dyson; 2 suction settings so click once or twice - includes storage rack CONS: - dyson picks up more stuff on the “edges” (like anything close to the vac gets sucked right in). - not great suction speed on area rugs bc the spinner doesn’t get under the fibers as well as a more power heavy vac. BUT this doesn’t bother me at all because I use my ORECK for deep carpet/rug cleaning! TAKE AWAY: I WOULD BUT AN... Read More

Decent Vac with a Great Feature: Adjustable Main Tube

I own several brands of cordless vacuums, including Hoover, Dyson, Bissell, and Shark. I needed to replace my Hoover that I used in my garage. I opted for this brand because of its adjustable (retractable) main tube, which is a great feature. For shorter people especially or even kids, it’s great to be able reduce the overall length of the vacuum to make it easier and more comfortable to use (see photos). It’s also helpful when trying to reach intermediate spaces between full length vacuum and handheld vacuum (without the main tube) – the only two options on almost all other cordless vacs. Specifically for me, the attachment I use almost exclusively in the garage is the edge tool to get into corners, crevices, and the expansion joints between concrete slabs – and to pick up specific spills of seed, fertilizer, sawdust, etc. This vacuum allows me to keep that edge tool permanently attached while retracting the length of the vacuum so it’s always the “right” size taking into account the longer edge tool. This really is a great feature missing on most other cordless vacs. For almost all other features, it is on par with the other brand vacuums I own. It is, however, lighter in weight, which is nice. Another good feature is you only have to press the trigger once to turn on the vac at regular power (or twice for maximum power). You do not need to hold the trigger down continuously while vacuuming as you do with other brands (like Dyson). The only shortfall, it is noticeably a b... Read More

Good, but not Great

Ok I'll admit, turquoise is my favorite color and I might be guilty of buying this vacuum based on color. BUT, I did need a new vacuum as my Dyson had finally croaked over on me. I really like how lightweight this vacuum is, it's super easy to run through my condo to suck up all the mounds of dog hair. I with the suction power was just a bit stronger though, I sometimes have to go over certain areas a couple times to grab everything. It's not overly loud either which is a big plus. I also like that it can be pulled apart to use as a hand held vacuum as well, that makes counter top messes easier to clean.

Not a bad vacuum, however a few things to consider before you buy..

First off for the price, not bad it does its job it's a vacuum. For all the people complaining that it's not like a Dyson, well yeah duh if you want a Dyson then buy a Dyson at three to four times the price of this vacuum. If you're purchasing this vacuum expecting it to be just like a Dyson then you're just being foolish and wasting your time and money. If you're looking for a decent stick vacuum for an affordable price that does a fairly good job on both carpet, low pile carpet, and hardwood or tile floors, then this might work out well for you. Just have reasonable expectations for a cordless stick vacuum for under $200 I believe with the instant savings this particular one was about $135. Personally it's worked out pretty well for me there's a few stubborn spots in the carpet where it doesn't seem to want to lift some of the dirt or debris but once again it's a cordless stick vacuum it's more for light to medium duty. Now one of the main things to consider is the sum of the parts far exceed the price of the whole. What I mean by this is any replacement parts are going to cost far more in the long run then what it's worth. Mainly the battery... once again I purchased this unit for about $135 nothing is wrong with the battery but I would like to have a spare battery so that I always have one working battery and one charging battery for backup. Inse does sell a replacement battery for this unit and however it is $89 oh, yes almost $90 for a simple cheap battery for this uni... Read More

Comparable to Dyson

There are only 2 reasons I don’t rate this higher. I’m only 5’2” but feel like I’m bending over to vacuum. It needs an extender. The battery does not last long enough. I live in a 1400 sf apartment. I can only vacuum either the 3 carpets or the hard floors & 1 carpet. Suction is pretty good. Having lightweight, cordless & maneuverability makes up for the other.

super light

Not as good as someone said ' better than dyson', but yes , it's pretty good, super light, and very convenient to use. The battery is not very big, can only last about 20+ min , but enough for my apartment.

Works OK

It does not have great suction, but I like how I pull the trigger and let go for low speed, and if I pull it twice, it goes into higher suction, which is better than my Dyson which I must constantly keep pulling to keep it running.
