Reviews for Replacement True Hepa Filter for Dyson HP04 TP04 DP04 TP05 DP05 Sealed Two Stage 360° Pure Cool Fan HEPA Filter & Activated Carbon Filter
People say Isinlive is really similar to Dyson.
Ease of installation
For our Dyson Purifier.
Seems Like A Dyson OEM Clone
Like many others, hard to justify the price of a Dyson OEM replacement filter, so I gave this one a try. Home Run! I used a Dyson OEM filter previously, and take my word for it, this looks like and installs like its clone. I will be sticking with this brand in the future.
After market Dyson filters
I purchased this for the HP04 model and everything fit perfectly and was easy to install. Works great!
Fit my Dyson air purifier perfectly!
Save a few bucks for comparable quality
Bought aftermarket filters for dyson vacuum that were garbage and read reviews that made me skeptical but took the chance. Worked fine. Will buy again...
Fits the DP04 very well and functions like it should do, for a lot less than the OEM filter.
With the Dyson DPO4 being a $500, I was weary of using non-Dyson filters. The original filter lasted about a year with nightly use, but when it came to checking into purchasing a new set of filters for the unit, the OEM ones were $75. That seems like a lot of money for filters. So I did some research and looked into some well respected replacements. I landed on the isinlive Replacement Hepa Filters and read through some reviews. My biggest concern was them being recognized and being able to reset the monitor on the Dyson unit. This wasn't an issue at all. They fit into the unit just fine and I was able to reset the filter monitor no problem at all. Looking at the filters side by side, OEM vs aftermarket, there are some slight differences in the molding design, I'm sure for legal reasons, but the clips and catches are all in the right place. As for the filter inside, it seems to be of a similar quality to the OEM filter, but I did notice that there is a fine mesh screen on the OEM one that is NOT present on the aftermarket one. Aside from that, they look very similar and they work in an identical manner to the OEM ones. I've been using them for about a month now without any issues at all, nightly, on a schedule.
With one very minor exception, the screen on the Dyson filter, this filter is in all aspects identical to the Dyson Branded filter. It's performance is yet to be determined since it will be in the unit for a year but doubt it will be any better or worse than the OEM filter. The only reason for the 4 stars on ease of installation is due to the design of the Dyson fan itself. The inner carbon filter has to be carefully installed to ensure the tabs are in the right position. If your outer covering, the metal part with holes, doesn't correctly align and install with a simple click it's likely the carbon filter is slightly out of position. So that falls to Dyson's design, not the filters themselves.. I will be buying these again.
These filters do last up to a year before I have to replace them again. I use my Dyson almost every day and they are worth the purchase.
This worked great although your dyson will not register it - which is totally fine with the price point. Highly recommend.
Gets the job done well!
First of all, I bought it because it’s half of what the Dyson filter combo costs. Moreover, since the Dyson fan shows you the status of the air quality, I figured that I’d know if it works or not. It fit “well enough”. Not perfect, and that’s why I couldn’t give it 5 stars. The top does bulge out a tad and it took me more than a couple of pushes to make the fan cover snap into place just enough so that it wouldn’t pop off. I live in Northern California and it’s on fire right now from all the lightning strikes. Air is terrible, smoke everywhere. We don’t have AC and this filter is working really well to keep the air clean. I have 2 other Dyson fans with original filter and this one seems to be working the best right now. I’ll have to see how long it lasts. Even if it lasts 4 months (original Dyson lasts about 8), I’ll buy this. Honestly, I hate it that Dyson charges so much for the filters. then charges shipping fees and then it takes 2 weeks to arrive!
