A great running vacuum that won't break the bank!

I'm extremely happy with the purchase of this NEQUARE Cordless Vacuum. To be honest, I actually had extensively researched (and subsequently purchased) a cordless Shark vacuum intitially, and was very unhappy with that purchase... so much so, that I returned it (it, too, was purchased on Amazon) and purchased this one instead (bonus: it was less expensive too). I've only had it for a week or so, and have not used the included attachments that it came with so I can't speak to the functionality of either of them yet (there were two: a brush tool and a crevice nozzle), but considering the Shark that I just returned didn't have any attachments included, I already consider that a plus. So, I'll start with the short list of 👎/☹️: 1.) After purchasing but prior to even receiving the delivery of it to my home, the price on it had decreased by more than $10. Not a huge amount or a major gripe but I found that to be a little annoying considering I didnt even have possession of it yet. I'm not sure how often the price on this fluctuates but if it were by any more I probably would have contacted Amazon to see if they could refund me the difference. I figure Amazon and more specifically, Mr. Bezos, has enough of a fortune amassed. Then you have the rest of us who are experiencing financial hardships due to the current epidemic this country (among many others) are in the throes of, so while $10 or $20 or whatever amount isn't much to some... I really don't have extra money to be throwing ... Read More

Very handy!

Bought this after having a Dyson for 2 years and it quit. Replaced the battery..worked for 2 days, then quit. So…when the Dyson worked, it was great. Not great that it totally quit after 2 years. THIS MACHINE works just like my Dyson did. I love how easy everything goes together and that it stands up on its own. So far love it! If it dies in 2 years, so won’t be so upset because the price was fantastic!

Great Vacuum - Excellent Value

I was looking for a handheld vacuum to replace my Black and Decker Pivot Vac. I came across the NEQUARE and read the excellent reviews. While I have owned Dyson products in the past, I was not willing to spend the money on a Dyson because they are just too expensive in my opinion. That said, my father currently has one of the newest Dyson models (it looks very similar to the NEQUARE), and I was very impressed with the operation. So, the prospect of having Dyson like performance at a fraction of the price was appealing. When I received the NEQUARE, I was immediately impressed by the build quality--it is well made and feels very high quality. I charged the vacuum and gave it a try with the crevice tool--this thing is super quiet. However, do not let the quiet operation fool you--the suction was outstanding! I next tried the power brush head, and it was super quiet too! Given how quiet the brush head was, I was shocked at how much dirt, dust, and debris was in the bin after only a couple of passes across a floor rug in my kitchen. Frankly, I was surprised to know there was that much dirt imbedded in the rug. All-in-all, this is a great vacuum at an amazing price. I feel like it is on par with the designer vacuums that are 4 times the price. The only things I would change are the following: 1) I would like an attachment for the hand vac that was a little wider than the crevice tool. There is an attachment that has a wider opening with a brush along the edges that is nice, but I... Read More

Great vacuum for the price point!!!

Big fan of this for the price point and one year full replacement warranty! I have a Dyson stick and bought this for my mom. Got it today and tried it out: PROS: 1. The extension piece stands up on its own!! (Dyson doesn’t) 2. There’s a light at the bottom of the head of the extension so you can see in darker areas like under furniture you can’t move (Dyson doesn’t have that). You’ll be amazed how much you would have missed without that light!! 3. The head of the extension piece moves WAY easier than the head of my Dyson. 4. LOVE the area on top where you can see battery life and change the power level (Dyson doesn’t have this) 5. The filter system looks well made. Impressed it comes with a HEPA filter. CONS: 1. The head of the extension squeaks a little (might need to break in?) when in use. 2. To detach to extension from the main part took a little muscle power (again, might need to break in?) 3. The bristles in the head of the extension are very soft, so it’s not as effective on some rugs as the Dyson (but also might not eat up some of your other rugs like the Dyson) 4. The vacuum itself is a bit heavier than the Dyson. It would be harder for an elderly person to use it without the long extension for the floor. 5. The recharging plug area is in a strange spot (on the bottom of the vacuum, so I laid it on its side to charge). Just a design decision and not a big deal. Overall, I am very pleased with this purchase based off my first use!

Powerful cordless at a great price (It really sucks!)

For years, we owned a Dyson upright vacuum that worked wonderfully. Over time, however, we replaced our carpeted floors with wood and the Dyson decided it was finally time to "retire." I knew I didn't want to spend "Dyson money" on a vacuum for wood floors only so I researched cordless rechargeables. I ordered a vacuum from another brand simply because it was a few dollars cheaper. What I didn't know was, in addition to being a few dollars cheaper, it was far less superior and I returned it right away. Very little suction, short battery life, and my floors were not nearly as clean as our Dyson had cleaned them. After doing more research and seeing how well this vacuum was regarded, I pulled the trigger and ordered it (the fact it was an Amazon Prime Day deal helped with the decision as well!). It did not disappoint! The suction is far superior to the other cordless I ordered and returned, and, to be honest, picks up the dust and pet hair better than the higher dollar Dyson upright. If I had any issue at all, it would be the battery endurance. However, I did have it on maximum power for the extent of its use, so that may be typical. I highly recommend this vacuum for the type of cleaning I was needing it for.

LOVE this vacuum

After trying my father-in-laws Dyson fluffy lightweight, cordless vacuum I wanted to get one for my vinyl plank flooring but I cant afford the Dyson name tag. Needless to say after shopping around I found this little vacuum. Right away I loved it! I really love the suction selection. I can choose how much I need for the job. I Have been using it nonstop throughout the day with 3 children and 3 dogs who constantly bring dirt and grass into our house. Its SO easy to use my 4 year old can use it and my 7 &10 year old take the initiative to use it. I like how it converts into a handheld for little messes like flour that spilled while cooing or a busted tea bag or sand in the corner of the room. Although it doesn't suck up the dog hair on my couch as well as I would like even on MAX suction. I have a micro-leather couch and it has a hard time sucking up my German short hair pointers hair and Boston Terrier hair. The vacuum is easy to take a part and clean, just rinse with water and let dry. The brush is easy to wash and reinstall. The attachments are great! They really help with small/hard to reach spots. OVERALL super please! I do not have to worry if it gets broke from kids using it because it was well priced. ONLY complaint thus far is the battery doesn't last as long as I would like especially on high power. Great buy. Very happy with it.

Great light weight vacuum, likely the best you can get for the price.

I am a previous Dyson vacuum owner, and I can say that while the Dyson is a great vacuum, it is just so darn expensive. My Dyson recently broke, so I was in the market for a new vacuum, and I saw this vacuum for sale during Amazon Prime Day. Things I love about this vacuum: 1. Great suction power. 2. Feels good in both hand-held mode and in Floor-vacuum mode. 3. Well built, sturdy, doesn't feel cheap. 4. Easy to clean and maintain. Thing's I don't like: 1. Battery only lasts about 30 minutes at varying speeds. 2. Sometimes I accidentally hit the off button while using it (no big deal). 3. The battery takes several hours to charge, and a replacement battery is very expensive. All in all, amazing vacuum for the price, and I would recommend to my friends. Not sure it would be ideal for a large home, but it's great for my apartment. Great vacuum! Update: Nequare contacted me regarding the battery life, and sent me a replacement battery just for the inconvenience. I'm absolutely pleased, and for this I think they earned the 5th star. 5/5 for having that customer service factor!

Surprisingly good stick vac

I've been looking at all the different cordless sticks vacs available for the last year and a half but just hadn't been convinced to bite the bullet and actually purchase until my sister recently got a Dyson 11 cordless stick vac and I tried hers. It seemed to work pretty good, but man, the price she paid for it! I had no desire to drop that kind of money so I started looking at more budget conscious alternatives...again. The big, name brand vacs were so expensive and not all reviews were that awesome. I happened to see the NEQUARE S23 and felt it would be comparable to my sister's Dyson and at a much lower price; the reviews sealed the deal. It arrived in a very well packaged box with very clear, easy to follow instructions on how to assemble...click click click and you're done. Charging was quick and I was trying it out that afternoon. The high suction setting seems to be comparable to the Dyson, but I would really need to do a side by side to know for sure. I was able to vacuum my whole lower level house in about 10 minutes on high and still had battery left. I love how you can just grab the vac and zip around quickly without the hassle of a cord and the super light weight, along with the small swivel brush head make it a breeze to finish in no time. One of the main things that convinced me to purchase this vac is it can STAND ALONE!!! I've only found one other that has this ability and even though it's a major brand and super pricey, its reviews weren't impressive. Other ... Read More

great cheaper alternative to a Dyson

Stick/cordless vacuums have been a life changer for me when it comes to cleaning, because of how lightweight they are and how easy it is to just turn on instead of having to find a power outlet. My old apartment had a Dyson so when I moved to my new place I knew I wanted to get one, but also couldn't justify spending so much, especially since I'd be sharing it with new roommates so I didn't know how well they'd look after it. After some research I finally decided to try this vacuum and I'm glad I did! I can't give a direct comparison to the Dyson because it's a different apartment, different floors/carpet, so it's hard to say for sure, but it does feel different - the Dyson definitely felt a little more robust while this one feels a little *too* lightweight, and the suction of the Dyson seems like it's more intense, but I don't know if I'm just misremembering or if it's because the Dyson is noisier and/or the floors here are more awkward and carpeted etc. However I also wasn't expecting this to be exactly like a Dyson and I'm okay with that! It still makes me feel good about vacuuming the house often, and it does have a couple of bonus features that I really appreciate — the LED light! And also being able to stand up on its own instead of needing to be docked, because we didn't have a good place that we could make a docking station let alone drill into the walls, so it just stands in our hallway closet. For similar reasons, I like that the battery is removable so that I can ... Read More

Maneuverable Vacuum Great Buy for Me and My Cat

Amazon Prime Day Purchase! I live in a 600 sf apartment with hardwood floors, some low pile area rugs and one 18 lb SHD cat named Leopold. My best friend has a cordless Dyson (V8 I believe) and she loves it. But she also has 2 kids under 4, a Wheaten Terrier, and a 5000+ sf home. I wanted something that was perfect for me without breaking my bank so unnecessarily. This vacuum has great reviews and so far it does live up to expectations. The handle part is just a tad hefty where the motor is, but overall is light it’s very maneuverable. If you were older or have limitations where a heavy vacuum is cumbersome try this. I had my home professional deep cleaned 9 days ago but I quickly went over my floors and rugs this morning and got quite a bit! Now my house is small so I am not too worried about the 30 minute battery life. I even used the lowest setting on my low pile area rugs and it did just fine. I am excited to use on my couch and in my car.
