So good, so fresh, so clean
I use this twice a month, because when you use it, your skin feels as though you literally took layers off, but in a good way, like shedding layers of clothing on a hot day. I recommend using this at the most once a week, because it really does do it's job and too much exfoliating is not a good thing. This is my second time purchasing this sugar mask. What I like about it is that SkinFood uses actual sugar in the scrub, so there's no plastic tiny beads in there to do the exfoliating. The environmentalist in me is relieved. I'm looking into their other products to purchase, which will happen when the item(s) I have that SkinFood would replace runs out.

Love It!!!
I updated my rating to 5 stars, this works great and I've already bought it 3x. I like using it before I put on my makeup because it leaves my face smooth which makes it easier to apply a full set of face makeup (moisturizer, primer, foundation, concealer, etc). I also find myself not washing my face as often since I work from home which means my skin is more dry. This really helps exfoliate my skin and leaves my face feeling fresh.

Fresh, Natural & Effective
I love the fresh, natural lemon grass scent and the fact that it's made from sugar crystals, which won't harm the environment or clog the drain pipes in my ancient house. It works great, I use it every evening to take my airbrush makeup off--which can be tricky as that stuff really has staying power! I follow up with Asterwood Acetyl Hexapeptide/Matrixyl/Vitamin C Serum (another fantastic product) and then use both my LightStim & Baby Quasar (at the same time) red LED lights, while I soak my feet.

I recently began a quest for all the beauty products needed to achieve the youthful, dewy look ever popular in Korea in anticipation of my wedding day. (Yes, I'm an American who watches a lot of Kdramas and became supremely jealous of Kon Joon-He's character in "She Was Pretty.") I've had a fantastic experience with the new skin care regimen: huge reduction in blemishes, almost completely eliminated the pimples!!!--I just get one or two during my period--evened skin tone, and overall a cleaner, softer face. Since it's been so overwhelming to research every step on my own, I'm providing a list of all the winners so far, and in what order of the skin care/makeup routine to use them in. Hopefully this is helpful for anyone who wants to venture into the world of Korean skin care but isn't sure where to start. **Indicates the product in review. 1. Cleanser - The Face Shop: Rice Water Bright Apply this to dry, unwashed skin and gently rub in circles to fully cleanse your face. Works as a makeup remover, but I'd recommend a different product for eye makeup removal. Rinse the oil off with lukewarm water. 2. Toner/Refresher - Etude House 10-in-1 House Wonder Pore Freshener Tightens pores, and purifies skin. Apply to a cotton pad or cotton balls and then to face. Let dry. 3. This exfoliator is great! It works very well on my sensitive skin and pairs especially well with my skin when it is extra sensitive after using Tretinoin cream. I like that you can utilize it as a basic exfoliator or turn it into a mask just by leaving it on. It has an awesome scent (light and citrus-y -- reminds me of the original Fresh lip balm in the brown tube). I especially appreciate that the granules of sugar dissolve when washed away, unlike some other exfoliators that have non-dissolving particles that end up lining of the bottom of my tub and sink. I really enjoy this product and would highly recommend it.

i have the most sensitive skin, it’s almost ridiculous. it’s to the point where i don’t even buy skincare products unless i’m sure i’ll get a refund. my skin reacts to everything, i’ve seen it all- hives, rashes, burns, breakouts. but when i saw the reviews, i had to risk it for this product. let me tell you, it was worth it. my skin is so smooth and happy! it smells fresh and heavenly, exfoliates well, and yet still leaves my skin feeling soothed. unlike a lot of exfoliators, it’s super easy to wash off too! i hate when you miss parts of it and find it in your hairline later- but the excess wipes off super easily! it is a little on the coarse side, so it’s more rough on your face than other ones, but it didn’t bother me too much. i’m actually growing fond of it. the tub is relatively smaller than i thought, but a little goes a long way and it’ll last you a long while! if you’re looking for an inexpensive exfoliant, try it!!!!

Good reviews for a reason!
After all of the rave reviews I had to give it a go! This product definitely exfoliates and leaves you with fresh, fruity smelling soft skin. It is meant to go on your face after cleansing, with a little water or toner to ease irritation. Let this sit on your face for 10-15 minutes afterwards like a face masque and then rinse with lukewarm water. I'd forget that I had it on my skin and think I put self tanner on my face when I saw myself in the mirror, (and a really uneven job of it too 😳) The seller included some Korean skincare samples which was a nice touch! Definitely took a few weeks to come in as it was shipped overseas, but worth the wait!

Super Glow
At 50 I take my skin care serious. I love this product so much. The scent is fresh smelling. Every time I use it my skin glows and looks fresh. I have been asked what spa I go to because my skin is glowing now. I use this twice a week.

I found this on a social media page for Amazon best products, and it is an awesome product. I've not used it as a mask, I simply use it a few times as a facial scrub. It exfoliates gently, leaves my face feeling so clean and fresh, and is a great price. In fact, it's time to order more.
