Update!!!Won’t pair to my iPhone
June 2022: amazing customer service!! After I left my original review they emailed me and sent me a brand new replacement free within a week. I just got it, set it up and it works perfectly. My dog recognized the noise when it dispersed a great and got so excited :) Side note in the meantime, I bought a Furbo 180 and I like the Wopet much better and will be returning the Furbo. The Wopet camera/video quality is much superior (especially the night vision) and it holds more treats than the Furbo. Overall I'm very happy and appreciative to have a working Wopet again!! May 2022: I had no problem with this until about a month ago. I’ve had the same phone/Wi-Fi and now it wont pair to my iPhone. I’ve tried everything in their trouble shooting guide without it working. I’ve set up a separate 2.4 mhz Wi-Fi but that doesn’t work either. It manually turns on and attempts to pair with my phone when I go through the steps but says connection failed every time. I’ve tried messaging the seller on here and no response. I’ve emailed Wopets customer service and no response either. I’ve googled this problem but no new tips that way either! Going to try a Furbo instead.

Best customer service
The camera works as expected. The reason I’ve taken the time to write this review is that after about 4 months, the treat dispenser failed. It shot continuously until it was empty. Fortunately I only had about 10 treats in it, but my dog was happy. I contacted the company and they immediately shipped another one and I had it in 24 hours which far exceeded my expectations. The customer service unbelievable. The only thing that is important to mention is I think their customer service department is in another country perhaps on the other side of the world. This is important to know because I attempt to reach them several times in the same day with phone calls, emails and Facebook messenger. Initially I was frustrated because they weren’t responding, but the next morning I woke up to a response to everything. From that point forward, all was well. I defiantly recommend this product. Not just for a less expensive version of furbo, but for their customer service.

Best purchase EVER.
Seriously LOVE THIS. I prefer this one more then the Furbo. I have 2-3 different treats and dog food pebbles in there as well. Only thing is that sometimes it'll spit out 1 and sometimes 4. It will also glitch and send him multiple times when I only pushed it once but that could be my bad connection at work. Needless to say I would recommend this to everyone who leaves their pets at home all day. I can tell him he's a good boy then toss him treats. He is a 10 month bulldog and used to get into trouble and chew things up. Since we started using this he hasn't done any of that since the day we got it. So from a training aspect as well, this is amazing. Considering I treat my fur babies like my real babies, they deserve the best!

Outstanding Customer Service
I bought this for my daughter for a Christmas present. When she received it and tried setting it up it wouldn’t turn on. I reached out to customer service and they were incredible. They were responsive and genuinely interested in the concerns I had with their product. They were attentive and sent a replacement out to me. Second time around the product works great. I cant say enough great things about the company and their customer service. I especially love this product compared to Furbo because you don’t have to pay a 7$/month subscription fee to use the features. I would absolutely recommend this product!!

Very happy cat mom! Affordable and good quality
This product is AWESOME. I was looking at spending way more money on a Furbo, but I’m glad I gave WOPET a change first. It’s everything I need for my 15 year old kitty. Excellent picture quality (plus nighttime vision), ability to feed treats (usually spits out 4 or so cat treats at a time), and I can talk to him through it. He gets confused that the plastic cylinder sounds like his mum but loves that it feeds him 😂 For anyone out there who needs a quality pet cam for an affordable price, I hope my experience helps you take the plunge!

Great alternative to the Furbo, I got the WOPET for about $100 cheaper with the coupon. It works great, shoots out treats. Great camera with night vision. Very easy to set up. So far, so good👍🏽

Way better the furbo, this function allows the treats to go down into a dispenser and not pushed up to eject which will always cause issues

Just what I wanted
If you don't want to pay for the Furbo this is seriously the next best thing!!! it does everything the Furbo does and it way cheaper. My family and I love it. When we go out whether night or day we can see our fur babies, talk to them and give them treats and feel like we are still at home with them. I highly recommend this product!!

LOVE LOVE LOVE!!!
okaaaay, now I've had the ever popular furbo, but it didn't survive the fall from my kitchen counter to the floor. Almost every product with treat tossing and camera requires a subscription now, and I'm just not about that. So while I don't get the selfie pictures that cracked me up from the furbo any longer, I'm also not required to pay any premium with this wopet version. Actually, it was the ONLY one I could find without a subscription. Camera quality is great! It's already survived being manhandled by the cats, knocked off a table, and my preschooler obsessively smashing the dispense button. Hopefully it'll be like the wopet pet feeders and last forevvvver!!!

Great Customer Service
Update 11/17/19: the seller has contacted me and sent me a new dispenser. I haven’t tried it out yet bc I haven’t had a time to set it up. but I will in the next week. Thank you for the great customer service. So when I first got this it worked fine. I got it to use while I was in Japan and my mom was watching my dog. As time went by, the treat dispenser became more inconsistent. In the beginning it would toss out one round of treats. One round consisted of maybe 3 pellet sized treats. Then the round would consist of like 6-8. Sometimes I would push the button and nothing would happen. Sometimes it went back to 3, which I assume is the desired amount for this machine. This is a combination of me viewing what was happening through the camera and my mom telling me. This last time I decided to press it while inside the house myself. After pressing the button ONCE, it dispensed 3 times! Treats flying everywhere. I had to go race my dog in picking them up. This wouldn't be an issue if I had a big dog but he's like 10 lbs. so that's way too many treats for him. Anyhow, I was excited bc it was cheaper than the Furbo or whatever but this is probably why.
