My new go-to pan for cooking everything

This is a modal window. No compatible source was found for this media.  For everyone saying it's not really a nonstick pan, I say, it's true - it's better! I believe this is an extraordinary and affordable dupe for hexclad cookware that I was looking into. I have been enjoying it for searing meat, stir fry everything, scramble and fry eggs. It's my primary pan now. There are simple instructions to season the pan. I don't know what happens if you don't follow them. I imagine it won't work as well. So follow instructions! So I find those nonstick pans ($10-$75) are never really nonstick as advertised. Every pan needs a little bit of grease or oil to work properly. I don't use spray on grease. This works much better than all the cheap and expensive nonstick pans I have gotten in the past. I hate how they work great for a week than after a few washes, everything sticks terribly, especially along the walls of the pan. After seasoning this pan hasn't been a problem. Clean up is very easy. A little soapy, warm water rinse takes care of most things and soaking with soapy water for a short while takes care of anything dried on. I do not put it in the dishwasher. I got the 11" pan and I think that's the perfect size for my stove and cooking needs. I think I might a smaller one in the future. Definitely a good purchase and worth paying just a little more than "real nonstick" pans that don't work well and don't last.


Too good a match to hexclad

I was inclined to buy hexclad but then saw this and thought i will try it out to see whether this technology works. It does! I am happy with this purchase. Everything is non sticky and eggs come out well The KEY is to not raise the heat above medium with any stainless steel cookware.
