Top quality entry level Dive watch.

I'm an avid diver, and a bit of a dive watch collector. I wear a luminox myself. I'm getting married next month and wanted to get all of my groomsmen a cool and unique gift. Since we will be going diving I thought a dive watch would be perfect. They don't all have watches so this will be helpful and add uniformity out on the water. I literally searched everywhere for the best priced, legitimate looking dive watch I could locate and this is it. I had it narrowed down between this one and an Invicta. But this was at the time only priced for $19.95 while the Invicta was $69.95. Funny thing is that I actually preferred the look of this one over that one. It arrives in a regular parcel with a Casio box inside of it. Inside is the watch on a small plastic display wrapped in plastic. The bezel moves both clock-wise and counter clock-wise. It doesn't click but it has resistance to keep it in place should it get bumped once the timer has been set. Has a dive rating of 100 meters. It also displays the date with the option of either the month or the day displayed. Much to my surprise it also has each of those in spanish if you should need it. Bottom line: I challenge you to find a watch anywhere for $20 that comes close to the looks and functionality of this one. PS: I bought 5 of these. We were doing high speed swimmer "cast and recovery". (see image link below) There wasn't a single leak or failure with any of them. 6 months later they are all still active and in use. Awesome Watch!

Very happy with this watch. It was exactly what I was looking for in a watch. It is 100M waterproof, displays the day and date, has military time and a rotating bezel that moves in both directions. It is very light and comfortable to wear. All of this and it is Casio for $12.73 plus $4.99 for S & H. I couldn't be happier with it. I am a corrections nurse and this watch does it all. I stopped wearing my Invicta's and Wenger's.

Great Watch

Oh boy I love this watch it is what I expect it to be ,attractive durable and sporty looking. And not bad for the price ! I own several invicta's but there to either too heavy or too bulky , But this watch is just right I wear it all the time. Believe me this is a great watch!

Works great, like all Casio watches

It's exactly the same design, except slightly smaller, than an Invicta watch, but for a fraction of the price. Works great, like all Casio watches.

Good looking, functional watch for the price.

When I purchased this watch, I was looking for accurate timekeeping and high durability at an inexpensive cost. This watch has definitely delivered, keeping accurate time, day and date for over a year with the battery still going strong. The band is nothing special, being rubberized plastic, but gets the job done and has the advantage of being impervious to rain or weather. While it is not exactly a showpiece, I have received several complements on this watch in the last year and it has an athletic/tactical look to it. The watch has small arabic numerals below the twelve numbers for 24 hour numbers, and the hands and numerals glow in the dark albeit not terribly bright. This watch does not have the features available on a Luminox or Invicta, or perhaps even on some higher priced economy watches, but at this price point there is also not the concern about damage occurring to the crystal, band, or movement as a replacement can be purchased for under $20. If you are looking for a durable, accurate watch at a lower price point from a reputable maker, this watch will meet your needs adequately and look darn good doing it.

A good basic watch

You can't really beat it for its price. I'm a scuba diver and I need a good, accurate timepiece that I can rely on while diving. First I had a watch from Fossil. I liked it a lot but after my second battery change (needed to be changed once a year) it flooded while I was in the hot tub! Now this wasn't really Fossil's fault but I decided I would try a watch that didn't need batteries so I tried a self winding watch from Invicta. It worked well also but the crystal oddly fogged up a bit and after about two years it would lose about 5 minutes a week. Finally, I decided to get an Eco-Drive watch from Citizen - accuracy of battery powered but no need to change the battery! Well, after a short fall the watch looked ok but later the crystal completely shattered. I contacted Citizen customer support and they wanted more to fix the watch that should be under warranty than what I paid for it! Long story short, I can by 5 of these and just throw them away if I have to compared to the expensive watches I was buying every two years and they would die, break, or not keep time! The build seems solid and while usually dive watches are rated to 200m, I have taken this watch to 120 ft with no problems and doubt I would ever even try going to 330 ft let alone with this watch...and hey, if it does bust I can just get a new one. I had a good watch from

...a little deceived by the 'description' but pleased with the value

A lightweight watch with good looks, day/date and simple quartz movement. I was deceived by the description which stated a 22mm band. It is a 18mm pin. aka, an 18MM STRAP/BAND. I have a large collection of 22mm NATO bands and based my purchase on the description. At 18mm, I have a cheap watch that will not fit my bands, which is too bad, because this watch will look great on a NATO strap. Purchasing 5 new colorful straps to fit this watch at $15+/- defeats the purpose of a sub-$20 watch. Bought as a beater for rough duty work, where no Luminox, Seiko or Invicta has yet to survive 2-years... at sub-$20 I can replace this, lose it or break it without much thought. I'll update this review when it's time tested. This Casio feels as cheap as the price... but I give it 4 stars for the good looks for under $20 and take away a star for a false listing. [Sure, the band itself might measure 22mm across at the widest point of it's taper, but a strap's dimension specification is not based on the widest point of the strap, it is based on the pin length at the watch and this Casio has 18mm pins, not the stated 22mm.]

Good. Watch.

This is a good swatch. It’s not comparable to a Rolex but it’s a good compatale for everyday use. I ought this watch to replace my Invicta when the replacement battery went bad.

Forgot My Watch

Regarding the watch itself, it's very decent for the price, keeps decent time and it's nice and light. It even looks pretty OK. It's hard to go too far wrong with this one.
