It’s awesome! Does eyes and face!
Works great! Takes everything off well including magnetic lash glue. I love it! My friend’s son (3), got into her makeup and this took it all off effortlessly without hurting his skin. The volume is large too. I love it better than a lot of name brand eye makeup removers like Lancome. It’s not as oily and takes off water proof mascara better.

GREAT FOR WATERPROOF MASCARA
I've repurchased this bottle at least 10 times and I've been using it for a couple of years. I wear waterproof mascara and tried a lot of makeup removers with no luck. I tried the bi facil by lancome but it was too expensive to repurchase. This is a great alternative since it will last 2 or more months if you only use it for mascara. This stuff is the only thing to get waterproof mascara fully off and not leave any residue or make my eyesight blurry. Highly recommend!

i was looking for a substitute for lancomes Bi-Facil. This is as close as i have found so far. and a perfect price.. makeup comes off easy with no eye irritation. My eyes are super sensitive.

I've been using the blue Lancome Eye Makeup Remover and I just couldn't get myself to keep spending over $40 anymore so I got this and it is almost identical. It works just as well and way, way cheaper. Should have switched sooner.

I chose this over the Simple Micellar water because 1) by ounce, it's cheaper, and 2) I have had very hit-and-miss experiences with Simple products. I purchased this in-store at Walmart for about $6. It seems like almost everyone is on the same page that the "no rinsing needed" marketing made this a misunderstood product. I find that this does take everything off for me, but it really must be rinsed off because my skin has some oily residue instead of makeup. This isn't a problem for me because I would prefer to use a post-makeup-removal cleanser regardless, but I can understand why people are frustrated/disappointed. I haven't found this oily residue difficult to remove. (Everything from the Clean gentle milk cleanser to the rough St Ives Apricot scrub has gotten rid of the residue) I tested this by seeing what different products it would remove. Here's are the different products I was able to remove with this. Great waterproof makeup remover for sensitive skin
I used to use the Lancome Bi-Facil remover but it got pricey for me so I switched over to this Garnier one. I mainly use this for my waterproof mascara and it works great! It doesn't burn my eyes after and since I double cleanse it's perfect. I've also used this on my skin to take off my foundation and it works great as well. I would say it's pretty comparable to the Lancome one + way more affordable - I won't be going back to the Lancome anytime soon!

Gets makeup off, but slightly less effectively than others
I've been using this for several months to remove my eye makeup and it works, but not as well as other brands like Cetaphil and Lancome. It takes more to remove the same amount of eye makeup, and longer. But it will get the job done, and does remove waterproof mascara. Also, it comes in a bilayer so you have to shake it before applying it to a cotton ball/swab and I've noticed that the top layer is significantly smaller than the bottom now, as if it's being depleted faster than the bottom layer. I'm concerned that soon the top layer will completely disappear before the bottom and it will no longer work.
