Hooked on this Nyx!
Totally hooked on this finishing powder. I like it better than Bare Minerals or Laura Mercier. It is much lighter and no caking effect than most powders and at a better price! This is my 3rd order!

Great quality for the price
I was so pleasantly surprised by how silky this powder was. I got the banana shade to set my under eyes and it works just as well as my laura Mercier brightening powder

My favorite drugstore banana powder
This is my second time purchasing this item. I love this banana powder and rotate this between my Laura M. under eye setting powder. When you swirl your brush there is a lot of kick back and I use that to set under my eyes with a sponge. I have dry under eyes and this doesn't stick to my dry patches. I don't use this on the rest of my face so I can't comment on how it performs with that.

I love this, but...
NYX Translucent Powder is my holy grail for setting my foundation. It blends nicely, keeps my makeup on all day through rain, sweat and when my skin is just irritated for whatever reason. After it's applied, my skin is left feeling and looking matte and feels soft. The only downside to this is that I've gone through about 5 of these in the last 6 months. Yes, I use this product every day, but I don't use too much on my face. I use just enough to cover and blend well. I feel like there's just too less of this product for the price. Sure, there are $30-$40 high end ones, which is ridiculous and why I stick with NYX, but the high end ones, like Laura Merceir, is almost worth the investment because I've only been using one for 6 months, compared to using 5 NYX in 6 months, so it adds up quite a bit. I wish there was more pressed product in here.
