My New Holy Grail!!
I have very sensitive skin and for years I used Clinique's Comforting Cream Cleanser. It was the only thing I could use. Then several years ago they discontinued it and I've been searching for a replacement but hadn't found anything that came close until now. This is even better!! It feels like a fluffy emollient cloud on my face AND completely takes off all of my makeup including mascara without burning my eyes. I've already started to stockpile and hoard bottles of this for fear it too will be discontinued. It's my new Holy Grail!!

Great for sensitive eyes
I don't know what everyone else in the reviews are talking about because this removes all my makeup, even the three layers of mascara (not waterproof) beautifully and leaves my skin so clean. I have tried other makeup melters before but they all turn into oils and irritate my eyes to the point of stinging and having to stop use. I am so happy I found this product so that I can double cleanse. I highly recommend!

Great on my skin
I love the make remover. It works so well I even used it on my hair dye stained skin and all the dye came off fast I know it's not meant for that but as I was removing my make up I realized it also removed dye off my skin that I had trouble removing before. Definitely a great product for make up and good on my skin. It doesn't irritate my skin.

Good makeup cleanser.
Ohhh really cleaned away my makeup, even eyeliner & mascara, which i usually have to use coconut oil to wipe clean first. The cleanser is lightly scented, which i think unnecessary if they really wanted to make it acceptable for all skin types. At least it didn't leave my skin super dry or gave me a rash after used. It contains no sulfate, parabens, phthalate, alcohol or oil.

Great for sensitive skin makeup removal
This face wash is great! It effectively removed all my leftover eye makeup (the stuff that was still there after using a cheap eye makeup remover) and it left my skin feeling extremely soft! I have sensitive skin, and I absolutely would recommend this as it is formulated without so many harsh ingredients like soap, alcohol, sulfates, and fragrance. I really like it!

Love it!
Usually makeup remover aimed cleansers strip my face of any kind of moisture. I feel so dull and dehydrated afterwards. This does the exact opposite! My face is clean and refreshed! No harsh feeling of dry skin afterwards.

I really enjoyed trying out Neutrogena Makeup Melting Refreshing Jelly cleanser. It worked beautifully for my eye makeup and didn't leave my skin dry.

Removes anything
This jelly cleanser is amazing at removing makeup, even the waterproof mascara and eyeliner. Its tough on product but still gentle on skin. Doesn't leave you red or irritated, and your skin feels soft after rinsing.

Works better and way easier.
Neutrogena's new makeup melting jelly cleanser works so great it's so much better than having to scrub my eyes with other oily makeup removers and do it several times to where it hurts my eyes the jelly cleanser works the first time with no hassle. I like the jelly creamy consistency it has and how much easier it is to use without needing cotton rounds.

Works Quickly!
This cleanser is like a cream-like substance, and it feels like a combination of cream and gel mix together. However, I could not get a scent from the bottle, and wish it was a little sweet. On the other hand, this cleanser works really well; it's like "magic in a bottle". When I applied it to my face, I noticed the make-up moving. To remove off my skin, I used both the cotton ball method and the direct wash off method. Both resulted in a clean finish but the cotton ball method had a cleaner effect with the cleanser. After using this cleanser, my make up was all gone and my skin felt smooth. I'm in love with this fast-melting cleanser and will definitely recommend it.

Make-up removing, cleansing, & fabulous
I was really pleasantly surprised by this product. Not only did it remove my makeup, but it also left my skin feeling soft and clean.... none of that "tight" feeling after washing with some facial cleansers. Also the vitamin c is a fantastic touch as it helps brighten my skin tone!

Quick & Easy
Quick and easy way to get your makeup removed. It's as easy as applying to dry skin, massaging in and washing off. I really like it and my skin feels so much better after use. However, it doesn't get all my mascara away. Doesn't have much of a smell, washes off really well and doesn't leave anything behind. Overall it is a good basic makeup removing wash.

Clear skin!
I love this jelly makeup remover! I usually use makeup remover wipes and then the face wash but with the Nuetrogena you don't have to use any makeup remover wipes! It was great and didn't break my skin out.

I liked that he removed the makeup from my face well. it didn't sting my eyes and it smells really nice. and I loved the texture of it, unlike anything I've ever used.
