Doesn't smudge, I use as 'hair-tint'
This product is one of 4 other liners I have used that does not smudge. I use Never-ending Navy. I use it by rubbing some on my index and pointer finger and gently patting my brow hairs or gently rub lashes (gently , side to side, not front to back).

Great eye liner
I am not a fan of twist up eye liners, tried this one just by chance and I really like it. It's great for the price. Great pigmentation, easy to use and long lasting too!

Best eyeliner
Love the ease of applying. Can make a nice winged eye and blend out as well. But also LOVE that it doesn't wear off or give me raccoon eyes by end of day. Price is a bonus!

Perfect for everyday wear
Nice eyeline to use for everyday. Simple. I use for work and lazy makeup days and it's quick and easy good to use for when in a rush also. Holds up after a long day and gym afterwards

Perfect for oily lids!
I have this in black and brown for reference. I have extremely oily eyelids and watery, allergy eyes. It's really difficult for me to find something that doesn't smudge by the end of the day. This really lasts. I always set my liner with powder and this sets beautifully. Doesn't grab powder weird or anything. I'm really impressed. The only con is that you have to build it up in your waterline...it doesn't really want to grab to it. But it wears well in the waterline, too. I'll be buying more colors!!

Good product, Good price!
I was leary about trying this because most inexpensive liners I've tried tug at the eye and some don't have great color, but this little gem has been pretty impressive. No tugging, strong color, doesn't run, but comes off cleanly with makeup remover or wipes. Would definitely buy again.

Search for holy grail is over!
Lately I have been spending way too much free time trying to find an affordable pencil eyeliner that makes a thin black line that doesn't smudge when you touch it after it is set. Finally I found this one after reading countles reviews; I never heard of this brand before. Application is easy, and I am no make up artist or videoblogger type. Most days I do my (limited) makeup at a red light or parking lot at work, so clearly this is not a big part of my routine, though I do like my eyeliner to look good. I applied it to the top lid only. I prefer the slightly drier formulation this has, though this may not be for everyone. The first day I used it I was so busy I hardly got a chance to check it in a mirror until about 12 hours later, and WOW! Right where I put it! There was a tiny bit of fading in the outside corners but I was very pleased since it was 12 hours with no touch up. Search is finally over! Just bought another one from Ulta as back up.

Stays on all day! You cannot wash this off. It must be removed with eye makeup remover. Love it!!

Easy peasy dark black eyeliner
To make applying false lashes easier and line up false lashes in a precise manner can be used commonly as stage makeup for men can draw attention to eyes when using eyeshadow they are more expensive than pencil liner feels soft not uncomfortable when applying to eyes

No Smudge, Long Wear, Will apply thick
It doesn't budge or smudge all day (even while working out) and the price is great BUT it is so thick there is 0 precision. I've started using a combination of this and a liquid fine tip eyeliner to get the right cat eye/dark look but I can't use it by itself.

Has staying power
This eyeliner (I bought navy) stays put through the workday even when it's humid and over 100° outside. It doesn't blend well, but if you want a solid line that won't smear easily, this is great! I will purchase other colors. You will need makeup remover to get it off.

The Pigmentation!
Very pigmented and long lasting! Slight complaint would be the packaging. The cap easily comes off causing the product itself to scroll up while moving around in makeup case. The product is pretty soft, so be mindful during application cause it easily breaks off.
