WHEN THEY WORK THEY ARE GREAT AND HAVE A LONG LIFE
I HAVE TWO NEATO ROBOTS SO I ORDERED 2 SETS OF BATTERIES. WITH BOTH I HAVE STRUGGLED TO HAVE THE ROBOTS REMAIN OPERATIONAL AS THEY BOTH GIVE ERROR CODES. IF I TAKE THE BATTERIES OUT AND SWITCH THEM AROUND IT WORKS FOR A WHILE. WHEN THEY WORK THEY ARE GREAT AND HAVE A LONG LIFE. I AM THINKING ITS AN ISSUE WITH THE CONNECTORS. THEY FIT RATHER LOOSELY. ONLY AN ASSUMPTION. NOT REAL HAPPY! UPDATE: THE COMPANY REACHED OUT TO ME, SENT NEW BATTERIES AND PAID FOR THE RETURN OF THE FIRST SET. IT ENDS UP THE ISSUE DID APPEAR TO BE LOOSE CONNECTORS (HOLES TOO BIG). THE NEW SET HAD CONNECTORS WITH SMALLER HOLES THAT GRAB THE PINS ON THE VACUUM CONNECTOR MUCH BETTER. THE TWO VACUUMS ARE WORKING FINE NOW. WITH THE NEW CONNECTORS I WOULD RECOMMEND THESE LONGER LIFE BATTERIES.

These are legit and work
The batteries are the real deal. I tried going another route in the past, only to have the replacement set fail immediately. I had given up on the Neato, thinking it had an internal issue that couldn't be fixed. It sat for a year until I read a review on here that stated many "fake" batteries were being sold, and to by factory authorized set and try again before trashing machine. I did, and I couldn't be happier! They have worked to perfection and instead of buying a new robot vac, mine is back to its original self and getting full run time out of the batteries. Thank you for a quality product

It works well
I thought I was going to dispose my old Neato robotics vacuum machine, but I replaced the battery and it revived! It works perfectly fine now. Thank you for the new battery.

So far so good
*Updated 4/21/15* The shop that sells these noticed my review and contacted me, concerned their product hadn't lived up to its advertising. I didn't send them a request, they did it on their own, which I admire. They do seem very intent on making sure I was satisfied. I received a replacement set of batteries at no additional cost to me, and after installing them, so far, everything seems fine. The shop even supplied a pre-paid return label for the old ones. I'll update again if these batteries don't work, but I have to say the customer service is pretty good. *Original Review* So I ordered these because my Neato robot vacuum was losing it's charge on the original batteries. These appeared to be compatible according to the description and were easy enough to install. I chose the menu setting to inform the robot it had new batteries. Now, every day I come home, the vacuum is at the charging station with the orange ring of death showing around its start button. Every time there's an error indicating I need to restart/reset the system "due to a battery error". I don't know what's up exactly, but I went from a vacuum that wasn't getting very far due to old batteries to one that gets nowhere due to battery problems.

Not all too good
** 12/24/2019 The seller reached out to me and sent me a new set of batteries. Hopefully these work better. Will change to 5 stars if they are an improvement. Great customer support to solve the issue. *** ** Update after a few uses, the batteries do not hold a good charge. The vacuum is constantly having to charge itself to finish a small job. Pretty disappointed in the life of this product. Went elsewhere to find affordable lithium batteries. I do not recommend taking a chance to see if you get a good set. ** Got this set for my old Neato XV-14. The installation was a breeze and my robot came back to life. Awesome price for a decent set of batteries!!

Update: Powerextra sent me replacement batteries! So far they are working well. I'll update the review once we see how they do in a few weeks! They worked for about 12 months; now they hardly even hold a charge for 10 minutes of cleaning. I had my robot in storage for a bit, and these batteries failed to take that well. Given the cell type, I expect some degradation over time (irrespective of use), but these are really quite bad. They go from full charge to flat in as little as 10 minutes of runtime. The batteries I replaced for them hold more charge even at almost 5 years of age. So, be aware these may not be a long term solution to your neato battery problems.

It works with neato xv
The robot (neato) periodically / frequently reported that the battery was bad and stopped cleaning. I had to return it. Update on 29-Nov-2017. Powerextra Customer Support contacted me 2 weeks ago (immediately upon my initial review) and sent me a replacement battery the next day. In the last week, the robot went through the whole cleaning cycle twice without any problem. So it does look like the originally purchased battery was defective. The replacement battery works. Powerextra Customer Support was relentless at getting the problem fixed! Capacity-wise, Powerextra is a little bigger than the OEM. Longevity-wise, ... we will have to see. The OEM battery lasts about 2 years (150 cycles) before the capacity drop below 50%. /* I did do the initial battery conditioning and I do run full discharge cycles */

They work and last almost 2 years for me
I'm happy enough with these. They are almost dead at this point, and I'm back to re-purchase these batteries, almost 2 years to the day from my last purchase. I'm OK with that longevity. This is for a Neato XV Signature from 2015. I don't use the robot even weekly, but it's always snugged to the charger which may decrease battery life, I'm not sure.

Spend the few extra dollars and get an OEM replacement battery instead
Worked great for about 6 months before it noticeably started losing capacity. I missed the end of the warranty period by a couple of months (my fault) and now I'm stuck having to buy new batteries again. For reference, the previous OEM batteries I had Neato Replacement Batteries for Neato XV Series Robot Vacuums, Set of 2 lasted for over 3 years. UPDATE(6/6/2018): Increased my rating after Customer Service reached out to me and sent me a replacement battery, which seems to be working well again. Excellent service from Powerextra!

Fixed my Neato!!
After a year or so of regular use, our Neato robot started suffering from shorter run life, and eventually stopped running completely due to "brush stuck" errors. I cleared all hair and debris that could have been slowing the brush, but it still wouldn't run. I had read that the problem could be a worn out motor, so I was about to replace that. After a while though, I came to wonder if the battery just wasn't able to send enough power to the motor anymore, so I ordered these as a replacement. The batteries look just like the originals, and were easy to replace. Even better, my Neato now runs like it is brand new!
