Amazing customer service, i am a very happy customer !

Not bad for the price compared to Nikon batteries, but they don't seem to last nearly as long. They also seem to charge to fast, i don't know if that has anything to do with them draining quickly, but they charge much faster than i feel they should. maybe they aren't taking a full charge even though my battery meter says they are full. But $20 for 2 batteries, and a charger...it's really tough to complain about anything. They work as they should, they fit like the original Nikon D200 batteries, and the price is fantastic for what you get. Even the packaging is really nice, i was impressed. The only reason i give three stars is because i don't feel that the high capacity claim is really there. EDIT... I feel the need to edit my review, and give this product / company 5 stars.( I have left my original review attached so yoou can see the issue i had, and below i mention how to solve the issue) After having trouble with the initial two batteries i had purchased, the company got in touch with me, they went above and beyond to fix my problem and as a customer i really appreciate a company that reaches out when there is a problem. I received a new set of batteries to compare to the two i had originally purchased, and yes, it turns out there was a slight issue with the first set. The first set of batteries came to a full charge very quickly, under 15 minutes, and only lasted for about 50 shots before they were drained, and i didn't know whether or not the charger was at fault, or i... NIKON ENEL3 replacements by Powerextra.

I found these replacement EN-EL3E batterys to provide better longevity than the original batteries. My hesitation was due to the apparent difference in viewing these new batteries as the originals had only two terminals and these have three. This I learned is to accommodate later model NIKON cameras and they work perfectly in the NIKON D70 camera. They accept a larger charge with the new included charger, more so that using the original NIKON battery charger. Conclusion, a fantastic deal! I've purchased other batteries from this company and results have been solid and thats why I like and trust this company

Excellent EN-EL3E alternative!

Excellent batteries so far! I'm very impressed, particularly for the price! I charged both batteries using the included charger, and have used both in my Nikon D90. I just "stress tested" one at a 5-hour rock concert where I took nearly 1,000 pictures and then topped 1,000 on a single battery before it needed to be recharged. That puts it on par with the much more expensive original Nikon EN-EL3E battery (which is still going strong after 8 years). Hopefully this pair of batteries will last as long, though for less than a quarter of the EN-EL3E price...

Taking lots of pictures under battery draining conditions? No worries, man.

This is a great deal. If you assign a $4 value to the "Free" charger, it means the batteries are about $8 each. Powerextra rates these batteries at 2200mah (as opposed to the 1500mah rating of the original Nikon product). I have no way of measuring the voracity of the claim, and if I stated that the battery lasted longer than the original, it would have little meaning, since I would be comparing a brand new battery to one that is a few years old. If someone has compared these batteries to a brand new Nikon EN-EL3E, that would be interesting and useful. What I can say, is that these batteries work, that they charge in the Nikon charger, and that the Nikon battery charges in the Poweextra charger. The PowerExtra charger has the advantage that it works off house current OR aux power from your car (cigarette lighter). Reading the included specifications, I notice that less current is delivered to the battery when operated using the car adapter. This, is of course not surprising, and I would expect charging to be slower using the car adapter. Still, a slow charge is better than no charge. For my application, My wife and I each have cameras that use the EN-EL3E battery (a Nikon D300 and a Nikon D700) and we can pack these batteries and have no fear that our cameras will run out of juice mid-day. QED.

I guess that's what I would expect - though I hoped for better. I will pay the extra 20 or so ...

One out of the two batteries actually worked. Given that they are about 1/2 the price of the actual Nikon batteries, I guess that's what I would expect - though I hoped for better. I will pay the extra 20 or so bucks next time to buy the real thing. EDIT (9/18/17): I was contacted by customer service, who inquired about the battery and apologized for one of them not working. They quickly sent me a replacement. The replacement battery works perfectly. Thank you and excellent customer service. I'll add that I have D70, D80 and D700 Nikon bodies. Batteries work on all 3.

Good Product

I have ordered these replacement batteries before and was not disappointed when I received this order. It works perfectly with my Nikon D90, and having 2 batteries plus the charger is very helpful.

Great product, and great customer service

Just unboxed these items to use for pictures at a school play, and one of the batteries works fine, but the other either isn't holding a charge or has bad connections to power on the camera (Nikon). UPDATE: Thank you Powerextra for sending replacement items. Everything is working wonderfully now, and their customer service was very quick and helpful to resolve the issue.

Buy these batts.!!!

These snapped my d90 back to life. Had three Nikon batteries go south at the same time. This was was a good option for replacement. Save some money. Plus the charger is less clunky than the older Nikon and has a car adaptor. I haven't had them long enough to evaluate their longevity or operating time.

Good Product

Bought this for old Nikon camera picked up at estate sale. Good value, have only used to charge battery at this point but seems to work fine. I have several Nikon cameras and all use essentially the identical charger with a module to clip in for each different battery. Would really be nice if you could just by the various modules and not have to get another charger each time.

I was pleased enough with this product that I subsequently purchased this ...

This package includes two replacement batteries, along with a charger that can work off US household current (120 V AC) or off a car's 12 volt auxiliary jack/cigarette lighter socket. The price was less than the cost of one spare battery (after market, not Nikon branded) when I bought the camera they will be used in 2003. I won't be able to rate the battery performance until I've used the camera a lot more, but they do fit and work the same as the original Nikon batteries. I was pleased enough with this product that I subsequently purchased this company's EN-EL15 replacement battery pack for my other camera, a Nikon D7000. The charger from Powerextra is more versatile than the original Nikon charger. It is designed to operate off of both 120 volt AC (US house current) or off a car's 12 volt aux/cigarette lighter socket (using an included adapter). Further, the base of the charger takes removable brackets so that he same base will work with the EN-EL3E and EN-EL15 batteries (and likely with other aftermarket batteries from Powerextra). I have not used the replacement batteries to comment on how they hold their charge (number of shutter activations) and the like. But they do work!
