They stay on and work
After a disappointing batch of the blue "Oreck XL" bags of dubious origin, I tried these. They fit. They stay on. They don't rip out. So far, very pleased. This is an institutional setting where our Oreck XL Commercials get used 6 days a week and we need bags that work and are relatively economical. These fit that. Very pleased.

Works well
These fit your Oreck Type CC vacuums, but they are not the cloth bags that came with the Oreck, originally. They are paper bags, which work just as well for me, but they may not have the same filtering ability as the charcoal bags that Oreck sells for a lot more money. I'm very happy with them for the price.
