Better than Brita and Pur. No leaking, strong stream, and delicious water!

This filter is awesome! Waaayyy better than a Brita or Pur faucet filter could ever be. It has a fast stream and doesn't leak when installed properly. It comes with a bunch of different washers and fittings so you can install it to fit YOUR faucet. Which I thought was really cool about this company. It's stream is like a "shower head" on both on and off settings which I actually like. The stream has really good pressure and isn't weakened at all by this filter, my faucet actually got a better pressure WITH the filter than it had before. I use faucet filters because my tap water has a soil like flavor to it which I can't stand and this filter got rid of that completely. The water tastes fresh like bottled water does. I'd recommend this filter to everyone I know because it's that good. I also got a little flyer in my box for a free filter through Waterdrop (not Amazon) and I filled out the information for it and they actually sent it and I didn't even have to pay shipping or buy anything period for it, so that was awesome too. I've had all the faucet filters from the big companys and this one is by far the best one out there!

Had an issue with the initial product, but Waterdrop support was very helpful and receptive!

I've been using a PUR filter for a while until it broke, I read good reviews online regarding this product so I decided to try this one. The water did not taste good when I first bought this product, but support reached out to me and sent me another one. I have no issues with that one.

Stronger construction than Brita and Pur

I bought this to replace my Brita which cracked and so far so good after a couple months. It seems sturdier and has better water flow than my basic Brita. I cannot tell much if a difference in the flavor of water between this and Brita, but that's not a bad thing. I will probably buy the filters going forward.

Better than a Brita

The municipal water in my town is chlorinated like a public pool. I did not like the taste of it at all. I had a Brita on the kitchen faucet and I still had the chlorine taste. It was better than tap water. I was going to try a Pur filter but remembered that I had one that was going through filters every month or so. I never heard of a Waterdrop water filter. I saw the filter takes 320 gallons and is a USF certification. It is plastic like the Brita and Pur, so maybe that is just the way it is for the kitchen filter machines. This one helps the water pressure a little and better for doing dishes, too. The filtered water doesn't have any chlorine taste, as in none. The water is much better than the Brita with the rough municipal water I have. So, I'm happy with this no-name water filter. I haven't been through 320 gallons yet, but time will tell. I find it to be a good value and good performance. I give it 5 stars.

Highly recommend this filter system

Good points: this filter system has a much more sleek design than others I’ve used. Most are big and bulky, seem to be in the way. This one is not. The carbon filter is much more environmentally friendly than the Pur. As you can see from the picture, the water comes out in a spray. I did not lose any water pressure, and I like the spray flow. Some people may see this as a drawback. I cannot attest to the durability, as I just installed it. Three adults in the household, no children, so we’ll see how it holds up. Pur filter literally broke apart after 6 months. You do need to be slightly handy around the house in order to install. This wasn’t an issue for me, but it may be for some who reported leaking or poor fit. Everything to install properly on most (if not all) water faucets is included. If you aren’t somewhat handy...phone a friend! The only negative point in my opinion, Instructions weren’t as clear as they could be.

Best filter so far

Have had a Pur filter for man years, then tried a Brita filter when Pur was sold out. The Brita filter was extremely poor, hard to switch from non-filtered water to filtered. The Waterdrop filter was easy to install, produces a greater flow for filtered. Both filtered and non-filtered water come out as slight sprays. It is head and shoulders above the other two.

Don't waste your money!. Edit: After

Do yourself a favor and buy another brand. The company's response to my concerns/complaints SUCKS, They refuse to respond to my emails. I purchased this filter in March 2019. When I first installed this faucet water filter assembly on my kitchen faucet I loved it. The flow of water was much stronger than the Pur filter I was using. But after only 2 months the blue faucet adapter started to leak and the assembly fell off the faucet landing in the sink. I used plumbers tape on the threads. This worked for about a week then the adapter leaked again and fell off again. I fiddled with this filter assembly until October 2019. I called the service center 10/17/19 and was told to email them details of the problem along with pictures of the adapter. I sent the email 10/18/19 and received no answer. On 11/8/19, I sent another email requesting a status update. Today is December 4th, 2019 and this company still hasn't responded. The initial telephone contact with customer service was pleasant. The customer service email I received for written details was clear and concise. I put the Pur filter back on the my kitchen faucet and it's not leaking or falling into the sink like the dreaded "Waterdrop" filter did.

It helped reduce the chlorine taste in tap water

I cannot speak for anything else but the fact that the chlorine taste is almost gone from the tap water. It may not be as effective as a Pur filter but their supply chain is horrendous right now. Plus, the rain style water output is far more efficient at cleaning of dirty dishes with a lower volume of water. This might be the biggest feature of this filter.

Great for the price!

First, it was a super easy install. Second, the increase in water pressure was surprising but it really saves water because it comes out like a rainfall shower head. Last, my third comment is that the water is good. It's not the top of the line PUR quality but for less than $25, it's pretty good and definitely better than straight tap water. And yes, I would buy it again!😀

Easy installation! Great Tasting Water!

My water starting looking very "cloudy" coming directly from my faucet. I have previously used the PUR filter directly from the faucet in the past, but couldn't locate it, so I ordered this one based on price and over-all decent reviews. It arrived quickly. It was super easy to install, given all of the adapters that were included. For now, I am giving a 4-star rating for durability, since the adapters are made of plastic. I'm not sure how long that will hold up. At any rate, upon installation, the water is clear and really tastes good. Both the non-filtered and filtered water flow areas deliver a "shower" type of spray. The non-filtered water flow "shower" spray flow is stronger and comes in particularly handy when washing dishes. I am overall pleased with this purchase. I have received an email that advised me that I can also set up text message reminders to replace the filter, so I intend to do that, as that is a plus for me.
