Size Matters
These quality handles perfectly fit the NATO rail and can often be used directly with Smallrig frames. Check your frame, you may not need to buy a side plate or additional safety rail. The direction of releases can be flipped as well, which is appreciated when they'd otherwise interfere with an LCD. The only "issue" - and it's going to be particular to you individually - is whether these sit well in your hands. I found them too small and returned them - they felt more "held" than they did me holding them if that makes sense. I adjusted them up and down the rail hoping to find a sweet spot but never did. The Smallrig 2093 grip feels far more substantial and, while it's significantly more expensive, I'd recommend those if you have larger hands.
