People say Stabilized Rice Bran is really similar to Tatcha.

Complete dupe for the Tatcha one!

I got this as a cheaper alternative to the Tatcha rice bran one and this seems just about identical to me. I have some of the Tatcha left and used them side by side, poured into my hand, really compared in every aspect and I cannot tell a difference. I will continue to be buying this. If you haven’t tried a rice bran cleanser yet you need to! The second water touches it it dissolves into the gentlest cleanser. I would hesitate to even call it a scrub because that sounds way harsher than this really is. Your skin will literally be baby butt smooth after. A tiny amount is all that is needed then add just a touch of water and start rubbing on your face. You will feel the grains dissolve almost instantly and the sudsing starts. Massage in for 15 seconds and rinse. Such an amazing cleanser!!

Great product!

This is very good stuff. I decided to buy it after using Tatcha's rice powder and liking it (a free sample from Sephora) and then realizing it's just too expensive to justify the cost. After all, it's just rice powder. So I figured Amazon would have a similar item and of course they did. This is wonderful to use, it smell very nice (kind of like Cheerios), it starts off with some texture and then foams up to a creamy soft cleanser. It's just as good as Tatcha and it smells better and costs a lot less. So I advise you buy this instead of Tatcha. It works well as a secondary step after cleansing with oil based cleanser to remove makeup. Then follow with this. My skin is very soft afterwards.

definitely a keeper.

I don't know how this compares with the tatcha rice powder but as far as I am concerned, with the price difference and the way it works, I see no reason to try another product similar to this one. I just pour a little into my palm add a few drops of water and apply to face with a light motion. Within a few seconds it turns to a nice creamy texture with I massage on for a couple of minutes after all the granules have liquified then rinse off. Rinses easily. I don't use it everyday as I have several products I rotate through but you could. If you like the idea of this type of wash, but don't want to pay tatcha prices, def give this a try.

Perfect dupe to the Tatcha rice powder enzyme face wash!

Wanted a gentle rice exfoliating face wash that was effective and half the price of the Tatcha one. I read the reviews that this was comparable to Tatcha and had to get it. At first I followed the instructions and the rice stuff dissolved to face that the scrubbing feeling was very short lived. I then just place a dime size in one hand, wet face and dab hand in palm and scrub dry with light hand. This way works perfect for me, hope this tip helps. I love how my face after I rinse does next t feel dry and taught. It actually leaves my skin super soft with a silky residue that I don’t mind. This has removed the bumpy texture that I get around the nose and forehead, which I get during the winter. I am very pleased with this and will buy again.

Effective

Have used Tatcha Rice powder for years. This product cleans as well as Tatcha. Lathers well. A little goes a long way. A bit grittier than Tatcha but a fraction of the price. Pleased with purchase.

Great Runner Up for the Tatcha Rice Enzyme Powder!! (^_^) Love it!!

This makes my skin soooo soft!! I like to massage the little bits onto my wet face until it starts to bubble, then use my Clarisonic to finish cleaning out my pores. I normally have dry combination-oily skin, and this stuff has balanced out my entire face evenly. It smells very natural, like rice bran, and makes your skin smell like fresh natural baby skin lol. I have tried a sample of the Tatcha rice enzyme powder, this is a really good alternative!

Super Gentle Cleanser

I use this as my second step in double-cleansing (after my cleansing balm to remove makeup). A lot of people suggested either Tatcha or Tosowoong enzyme cleansers but both of those were much too drying for my sensitive skin. The SRB Powder wash is super gentle-- soft rice bran would be a gentle mild physical exfoliant alone but add a little water and this foams up tremendously. The scent is natural-- like rice bran-- very mild and inoffensive. Post cleansing my skin is always super soft and feels hydrated, never tight or dry. I love this cleanser and try to stock up when I can so I never run out. It's also super convenient to travel with: power cleansers don't leak all over your suitcase!

Tatcha vs SRB

I have used Tatcha for a long time and because of its price tag I decided to give this product a try. In comparison, the SRB is a little bit thicker when water is added and has more of a granular feel. I feel as though the Tatcha Rice Enzyme Powder worked for me a little bit better. Maybe I have not used the SRB long enough to tell a difference, but with the Tatcha, I saw faster results in the smoothing of my deep forehead wrinkles. However, I will give SRB a a little bit more time to hopefully see even more results.

Pretty much a dupe.

I really like this for a daily morning cleanser. This is very similar to the expensive Tatcha version, but does melt down into foam a bit quicker. And, the smell is more natural, less processed than Tatcha. But, i would definitely buy this again.
