the best makeup remover/balm to ever exist. i'm also noticing that my skin is more clear and less dry too after using this product! i don't know what i ever did before being introduced! this is best paired with micscellor water!!!

Best make up remover!
Such an easy product to use! I just rub it all over my face and then rinse it off with my normal face wash. Takes off all of my make up so easily!! I hated using make up wipes because they irritate my face and make my face feel raw. This balm is so easy to use, does not make me break out or anything and quickly takes off make up.

Holy grail
This face cleaner is all I use to clean my mascara and sunscreen off. I love it so much I've given samples to my daughters. Then bought them a large container for each of them. So far I haven't found another oil based cleaner that I like any better and I don't plan on buying anything else.

I love this cleansing balm. This is the perfect answer when you had a longe and tiresome day and the last thing you want to do is face regime. This cream is a cleansing balm that melts all of your makeup off your face. While making your skin feel like baby. Try it you will love it.

Move over makeup wipes
This is my new fav! It does the job compared to using 2 to 3 makeup wipes. I use a generous amount on my face and all my make up is gone. I'm definitely going to buy bigger jar

I was pleasantly surprised by how well it worked!
I use this daily now instead of the other makeup remover I had been using and it doesn't leave my eyes feeling greasy or dried out. I haven't used Clinique in a long time and this may lure me back to more of their products again.

over the years it has been hard to find a make up remover that removes the eyeliner i use. My daugtter uses this and on vacation she said mom try this. WOW. loved it. workes so well. will by it again.

I Love It!!
I just recently found out about this, I have some wrinkles under my eyes and I don't want to rub my eyes with makeup remover that can't remove eye makeup, but this does and with mo rubbing! It's a balm that melts in your hand and you just apply it then rinse and its for your whole face, this is now my only go to makeup remover, I love it!

I have been struggling for a while to completely remove my mascara at the end of the day. This balm is perfect. It completely removes all traces of my mascara yet is so gentle and washes away so easily with no oily residue left behind.

I was looking for a makeup remover that actually removes waterproof mascara and other waterproof makeup. One of the sales girls recommended this Clinique balm very highly. So glad I tried it. I love it and it really works!!!

Best make-up remover
I have the large size of this amazing product and wanted a on the go one as well. It makes you skin feel so soft and gets that hard to remove mascara off. It doesn't smell. Great product.

Look Ma! No Grease!
I have oily skin, and let me tell you, this balm gets the mineral sunscreen off of my face without leaving behind extra grease/oil! I purchased a travel size first to see if I'd like it, and it serves me well! It is just as good as the Cleansing balm [in the pink package w/black letters] which is the one I ran out of un the first place. I will purchase the larger formulation soon.

Removed even my gel eyeliner
After trying several different types of makeup removes from cleaners, gels, liquids, and everything in between, this one actually took off all my eye makeup, not some or most- all. I gently rub all over my face and let sit for about 15 seconds and hop in the shower to rinse off followed by my normal cleanser. My skin was left soft, clean and residue free. It's pricey, but a little goes a long way and because it works; worth it in my opinion.

Great cleansing balm!
I really like this product because I use it to remove my makeup then I wash my face immediately after. I usually don't buy Clinique since it's not cruelty free but I would highly recommend this cleansing balm over cleansing wipes any day.
