Works incredibly fast — as little as 15 min. And they're not white, as are so many other caplets.
As advertised, these Tylenol-equivalent caplets go to work super-fast, which is great when you're in pain. Unlike most acetaminophen products and most NSAIDS, they don't take 30–45 minutes to reduce your pain, they do it in 15–20 minutes (for me, at least). The other thing I like, which may seem perverse, is that they're red, not white. I need to carry around a bunch of prescription and OTC meds, including acetaminophen, not in their original pill bottles (naughty, naughty, you may say), so I need to be able to recognize them by shape, size, and color. White tablets and caplets are, unfortunately, all too common. Acetaminophen tablets and caplets are almost always white. The white caplets are almost indiscernible from another OTC med that I carry, so having these in red is very handy for me.

Best product for joint pain
I'm writing the review because this is a product that works EVERY SINGLE TIME. I used to take 3 once per day. Pain gone throughout the day. I have back issues but refuse surgery. PUBLIC ANNOUNCEMENT: One back surgery leads to another back surgery. I supplement this product with a variety of other non pharmaceutical anecdotes to include diet changes to reduce inflammation. It's this product that helps the other activities work, and keeps me working and away from surgery. As I learn more abot herbalism I will be reducing my usage. But for those not interested in herbalism, this product is a winner. HEALTH ALERT: DON'T EXCEED 3,000 TO 4,000 mg in a 24 hour period; based on age and health condition of liver and kidneys. Because it doesn't attack the stomach like NSAID, this product doesn't have to be taken with food. One thing I researched about this product compared similar to include the. Tylenol brand, is that it does not have as many bad chemicals, note I said not as many. And for that reason, I'm moving toward herbals. Weaning myself off of all pharmaceuticals. Nonetheless this product worked, every time.

Excellent value and works just like other OTC ones.
My sister turned me on to getting these from Amazon. I had no idea that they carried these🤔. I take alot of "Tylenol Arthritis" (usually genetic or store brand due to price difference). I tried Amazon's, and it's a good value for the money and comes directlyto you 👍🏻 (and you don't have to worry about empty shelves 😕). I recommend this product 😁.

It's Tylenol!
How much can you say about Tylenol, it's been around a long time people buy it if it works best for them. I like the Arthritis Strength 650 mg, taking 3 (1950mg) at the onset of my Arthritis pain helps it not be so severe. I cannot take Ibuprofen due to stomach issues. It's the best choice for me.

Fantastic value!
I suffered a torn meniscus and am waiting on my appointment for treatment. Just one of these pills reduces my pain and inflammation for about 4-6 hours. Yes, I know the dose is 2 pills which is supposed to last 8 hours, but I prefer to take the smallest effective dose possible. Pills are the same size and shape as Tylenol Arthritis 8 Hour but the price for this product is about 1/4 of the name brand. Highly recommend.

This medicine works just as well as Tylenol without the Tylenol price. It’s dependable, works fast and it knocks out my pain.

Great for joint or arthritis pain
This pill is the generic for Tylenol. This pill is easy to swallow and It works well for those who may have deep muscle or joint pain as for those who have arthritis. The milligrams are slightly higher than regular tylenol and gives a better relief if pain. Being generic the pill has the same quality for a cheaper price. I would recommend this to others.

ARTHRITIS STRENGTH ACETAMINOPHEN
I tried the in the Tylenol brand. I have knee pain and a bone spur in my foot. This medicine works just as good. Plus you can buy a big bottle and not pay an arm and a leg for it.

Really helps with arthritis pain.
I take 2 tablets in the morning. It seems to help my arthritis pain in my knees. I also use Turmeric (one capsule) in conjunction with the Tylenol. The combination is the best medicine I’ve found.
