Pain relief
First of all I do not think that this drug by itself would have relieved my pain. I have a PT person and he suggested that taking Aleve and Tylenol TOGETHER it would work to not only relieve the pain but it would be lasting pain relief. Being older, really old, I have knee and back pain on occasion because I am very active in the gym and gardening. Not only does this combination relieve my pains but it really cuts down on the inflammation. PLEASE read the label for directions. You have to take this on a full stomach and not more frequently that 12 hours apart. Plus both of these drugs should not be takes constantly for long periods of time. They, like all drugs, must be used cautiously.

This stuff is great. I got it because it was cheaper than Tylenol (the hospital I work at was charging $8 for 25 tablets). I bought 500 tablets for the 8-something its worth. Overall, the pills do their job--they're just as good as brand-name. Nothing to complain here.

My Initial Impression Was Wrong
I'll have to try relieving a headache with Tylenol or acetaminophen purchased over the counter to make sure it's not just me. But I can tell you for certain that these do not work. I got a headache the other day and took two. An hour later it was worse. Two Ibuprofen and another hour later and it was gone. I've gotten the same results every single time I've tried using these to relieve a headache. I don't get headaches often so testing is very sparse, but I've tried using these to relieve a headache at least six times now and all six times they either did nothing or made it worse. Then I turn to ibuprofen and bam it's gone. Like I said, I need to make sure it's not just me and acetaminophen in general. But I can say for sure that these do not work. The reason why is yet to be determined. Edit: After a year's worth of using these to treat various aches and pains I remembered I wrote this review and came back to correct the record. These do in fact work. They just work differently based on whether or not I ate food before I took them. Anyone reading this should keep that in mind, however I won't mention how that affects me because everyone is different and your milage will vary. I definitely didn't receive placebo pills though. This is the real deal.

Part 2 of Gits er done
So for those of us left breathless by the cliffhanger from Gits er done Part One, The Kidney/Liver Menace, we continue… to digress… we were talking about how they say it’s ok to take Tylenol and ibuprofen together now… and how my internal organs, very much like our ozone layer, have no sizable holes in them at all… dios mio, I need a hobby, or a pet, and certainly more counseling. I mean, this is a review for Amazon acetaminophen for crying’ in the rain, and here I am blithering on about God only knows what. Thanks for taking the time, be good to yourself.

It's the same as Tylenol but way cheaper.
Not really much to say. It'll do the same thing as Tylenol, and it's a big bottle for pretty cheap. Not many things that I would sign up to get sent to me regularly, but this is something that I regularly use so it would be a strong consideration for me to start.

Generic Pricing for Quality Product
Excepoent value. Just as good as Tylenol at a big discount. I get headaches a couple of times a week. 2 of these and within the hour my headache is gone. That is the quality I expect and the affordable price is a bonus. Will continue to use and I highly recommend if you too, suffer frequent headaches or just need a bottle in the medicine cabinet.

Takes away the pain
I like that it does the same job that Tylenol does at much less the price. A headache is gone almost immediately and any arthritis pain will also subside quickly. I like it better than the other pain killers and recommend it.

Easy to swallow
I dislike them they do not work I’m 53 years old I weight 230 at 5’3 and I have back pain. I normally take 2 Tylenol 500 mg saw these on Amazon and thought I’d give them a try. They do not work I have to take 3 to 4 to get just a tad bit of relief. And this only last for 4 hours maybe and I have to take more. They just don’t work for me. When I can take two Tylenol and I’m good for the day. I’m going back to Tylenol. I wouldn’t waist money on these. Because now I have this big bottle of pills with no use. 😔😔😔

Works as well as Tylenol.
This is acetaminophen, the same thing that Tylenol is. It's the same active ingredient but it's cheaper because you're not paying for the advertising expenses.

Wild red color
Your average generic acetaminophen. For some reason they're red & round not oblong & white like most Tylenol XS's but they work the same.
